When a family's week gets bigger than two parents can cover.
Families usually call me at a turning point: premature twins coming home, a parent on hospital rotations, a move across town, a season of travel. I learn how your house runs, then keep it running that way, whether you're home or not.
I spent six years on rotation with one high-profile family, from their youngest's newborn days to school age, while running their 25,000 sq ft estate. I've taught children to swim, tutored three siblings through honors and AP courses, and traveled with families at home and abroad. Whatever the job is, I write everything down so nothing gets lost at handover.

Every family I work with gets a written log: meals, naps, moods, homework, and anything a parent should know at handover. Here's an example weekday with three school-age kids and a houseful of pets.

Privacy isn't a policy I follow, it's how I work. I've cared for children in high-profile households and tutored students whose grades and struggles are nobody else's business. You'll never have to wonder what I've said, or to whom.
Your family stays private
I don't discuss the families I work for, their homes, routines or guests, with anyone. Not with friends, not with other nannies, not at the playground.
Nothing on social media
I never post your children, your home or your travel. Photos I take are for you, and they stay on your devices.
Records stay yours
Care logs, medical notes, school reports and schedules are written for you and handed back to you. Academic progress is shared with parents only.

Room for wonder
